Neubau Abbundhalle und Büro in Passivhausqualität
Zimmerei Unfried in Gars/Kamp
Der Neubau der Zimmerei Unfried wird im Gewerbegebiet von Gars am Kamp errichtet. Die auffallende Konstruktion des Hallendaches soll auf die Handwerkskunst der Zimmerer aufmerksam machen. Die runde Grundrissform des Bürotraktes ist aus energetischen Erwägungen entstanden, dient aber auch der Präsentation der Leistungsfähigkeit des Zimmereibetriebes Unfried.
Das Passivhausbüro
Das Bürogebäude ist exakt nach Süden orientiert und verfügt über eine energetisch optimierte Grundrissform. Im Inneren verbindet ein Atrium die beiden Ebenen und schafft eine offene, die Gemeinschaft stärkende Atmosphäre.
Die Konstruktion der Halle:
Die Abbundhallenkonstruktion mit 20 Metern Spannweite wird mit untereinander verbundenen Fachwerkträgern hergestellt. Die Außenwände bestehen aus ausgesteiften Leimholzstützen. Die Fassade wird mit gedämmten Paneelen versehen.
Haustechnisches Konzept:
Das Bürogebäude wird als Passivhaus errichtet. Für die Spitzenlastabdeckung wird ein Fernwärmeanschluss von der nahe gelegenen Biogasanlage hergestellt. In der Abbundhalle werden anfallende Holzabfälle in einer Hackschnitzelheizanlage für Beheizung und Warmwasserversorgung verwertet.

Construction of an assembly hall and offices in passive house quality
Unfried wood constructions in Gars/Kamp
The new building of Unfired wood constructions is located at the industrial area of Gars am Kamp. The highly protruding construction of the roof has to display the mastery and manufacturing capabilities of the construction firm. The round form of the office building's floor plan emerged from energetic considerations but also calls attention to the professional capacities of the firm.
The passive house office
The office building is precisely south oriented and has an energetically optimized floor plan. In the interior, an atrium connects the two levels and creates an open, socially empowering atmosphere.
The construction of the hall
The assembly hall with 20 meters of span width is constructed with interwoven trusses. The outside walls are composed of stiffened laminated timber. The facade is provided with insulation panels.
Building services concept
The office building is conceived as a passive house. A district heating connection from the local Bio-gas plant is to cover the peak loads. In the assembly hall, wood leftovers from construction work are burned in a wood chip heating system for heating and provision of warm water.
